Casein Tempera

Description

Casein colours are very fluid and dilutable with water. They can be used in the decorations of plaster, wooden and paper supports. They are mostly used in icons and dry wall painting. The final effect is opaque, they have a good resistance to light. For a more full-bodied and resistant application, you can use casein medium.
