Crystal Spray Final Varnish

Description: Crystal spray paint is a transparent paint based on synthetic resins and white spirit. Ready to use, it creates an extremely clear and glossy protective film once applied. It has a very high gloss finish (40% solids content), is characterized by good fluidity and slow drying.

PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS: Crystal spray varnish is used after completing a work of art or a restoration project to create an effective protective film against dust, grease, smoke, scratches, atmospheric agents, and aging in general. Crystal spray varnish also has a second important function: it often happens that after completing a new work or a restoration project, some areas appear brighter than others. Crystal spray varnish serves to uniform the work and revive the colors. It can be used to protect both oil and acrylic works.  It is not a food-safe varnish; therefore, do not apply to surfaces intended for human or animal consumption, such as tableware, cups, etc.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Remove dust from the surface to be treated; ensure the paint layer is completely dry, both surface and in depth. Shake the product well before application. Apply a first spray of paint to the painted surface, placing it horizontally to avoid dripping. Shake the can frequently between sprays. Use short bursts. Let dry and apply a second coat of spray paint. We recommend testing the surface first. Do not apply the product in humid environments. Apply the product in dry, outdoor environments.

DRYING CONTENTS : 40%
DRYING TIMES:  Dust dry at 20°C 15 minutes – Touch dry 1 hour – Full dry 12 hours

CLEANING THE NOZZLE : Hold the can upright with the nozzle facing down, spray briefly, and let dry. Replace the cap.
