Application – Best Practices:

1. Preparation:
   • Ambient Temperature: 15-30°C.
   • Surface Preparation: Lightly roughen the surface (sanding or shot blasting).
2. Application:
   • Cleaning: Surfaces must be clean, free of oil and grease.
   • Application: Apply a thin layer (0.1-0.2 mm) using a piece of cardboard or plastic.
3. Curing Time:
   • Potlife: Approximately 5 minutes.
   • Good Resistance: Achieved after 10-12 minutes.
   • Total Resistance: After approximately 24 hours.
4. Fixing:
   • Use clamps, adhesive tape, or similar until manual strength is reached.
5. Heat-Assisted Polymerization:
   • Consider additional heating and cooling times.

Mixing:

• Available Methods:
  • Manual: Use a toothpick or similar to mix until homogeneous.
  • Static Mixing Nozzle: Ideal mixing, discard the first 2 grams.
  • Dynamic Mixing Nozzle: Precise speed control, useful for industrial applications.

Curing and Resistance:

• Chemical Polymerization: Faster curing speed compared to moisture-based adhesives.
• High Resistance: Shock, vibration, and temperature resistant up to 120°C (briefly up to 200°C).
