Return conditions

Returning good quality products:

The customer has the right not to count the day of purchase from the ordered goods at any time and within 14 days after receiving the goods.

It is possible to return quality goods if the presentation, consumer characteristics, as well as the terms and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

The customer does not have the right to refuse a product with individually defined characteristics if the specified product can only be used by the customer from whom he purchased it.

If the customer rejects the goods of good quality, the seller shall pay the amount of money paid by the consumer to the consumer under the contract, for the delivery of the returned goods by the seller, for the return from the consumer, no later than 14 Days from the day the consumer submits the relevant request.

Insufficient quality of goods:

A product of inadequate quality means a product that cannot provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects / marriage). The buyer of goods sold of insufficient quality has the right to declare one of the following requirements, unless otherwise agreed by the seller.

The buyer has the right to demand:

Substitutes for the same goods of a similar brand (model, article) or another brand (model, article)

Refuse to perform the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.

Under the following conditions:

1. The product has a warranty period - throughout the warranty period;
2. Warranty period for the product - within a reasonable period, but not more than 14 days.

The online store has the right to refuse an exchange or refund of items if it deems it to be significant
The defect is the result of improper use of the product.
