Transparent Epoxy Resin 800 gr [1,76 lb] – Two-component epoxy system highly efficient for film application (1 mm [0,03”]) and castings up to 2 cm [0,78”] thickness.Besides the high transparency (water-clear) and the self-levelling properties, it guarantees a good mechanical seal for reinforcement and applications with carbon fibre.
The product features a low viscosity that reduces the appearance of unaesthetic air bubbles after hardening and facilitates the impregnation of carbon fibre.
The excellent resistance to ambient humidity guarantees a glossy and transparent surface.
The product is compatible with the major colouring pastes on the market.
Transparent Epoxy resin is a two-component product based on epoxy resins and relative amine hardener.
The main features of this product are:
- high transparency,
- excellent mechanical strength,
- good chemical resistance,
- high impregnation and reinforcement of technical fabrics,
- long working time,
- glossy and self-levelling surface.
The product can be coloured with any epoxy dye (both in paste and powder) in a percentage ranging from 0.1% to 2.0%. It can also be thickened by the use of aggregates such as powders and fumed silica.
Thanks to these features, the transparent epoxy resin is ideal for the following applications:
- Modelling;
- Artistic creations;
- Fiberglass repairs;
- Outdoor protective coatings;
- Artistic flooring;
- Boat care and maintenance;
- Impregnation of technical fabrics (fiberglass, carbon fibre, Kevlar).

White Polyurethane Casting Resin 500 gr [1,10 lb] – Two-Component A + B.
Description. Highly fluid WHITE polyurethane casting resin with high hardening properties, for all kinds of handcrafted creations and fast prototyping in the modelling branch.
Thanks to its high-speed catalysis (30 minutes), you can quickly reproduce objects of all sizes in a perfect way.
In the liquid state, the resin can be easily coloured with any compatible colouring paste. Furthermore, once hardened it can be coloured with acrylic colours.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Colour: Light Beige / White.
- Viscosity 70 mPa*s.
- Pot life 10 min.
- Maturation 30 min.
- Weight ratio A: B 100: 110.
- Hardness: 100 Shore A.
TIPS FOR THE APPLICATION.
BEFORE USE: Shake the packages and leave them upside down for 5 minutes, in order to homogenize the content. Do not apply immediately after shaking, but let them stand overturned for 5 minutes
1) Respect the usage ratio A + B (100:110 in weight) by using a scale, following this simple formula: grams of A x 1.1 = grams of B.
E.g. 100 gr [0,22 lb] A x 1.1 = 110 gr [0,24 lb] B, 50 gr [0,11 lb] A x 1.1 = 55 gr [0,12 lb] B,
2) Mix A + B for one minute.
3) Pour it in the silicone mould.
4) Wait 30 minutes and remove your model, perfect in every detail!
Non-toxic Silicone Rubber “I-GUM” 500 gr [1,10 lb] – for moulds, bi-component A + B.
Completely non-toxic silicone rubber in paste to be directly applied onto the model you want to replicate. Prior to using, it should be mixed with its catalyst paste (in equal parts, 1: 1) until you have a homogeneous mixture. Due to its non-stick performance on all surfaces, you don’t need to wash the tools after use and it is not necessary to apply other release agents to the model.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- + Viscosity – Mouldable paste,
- + Working time – 5 min / 10 min;
- + Weight ratio A / B – 1: 1;
- + Type – non-toxic,
- + Hardness – 30 Shore A.
Note: Do not use under 8-10°C [46,4-50 F]. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses both during the mixture procedure and the application. Wash rollers and tools with nitro thinner. Packaging should be disposed of in compliance with local rules. For more safety information, please carefully read the Safety Data Sheet of all ingredients.
