Properties of the degree of coverage
The degree of coverage of pigment paint depends not only on the thickness of the applied layer but also on the type and content of pigment, on the type of filler used in the paint. All colors were tested according to the same methods: application on a black and white striped surface, which allows for a 4-level classification:
Covering Semi-opaque Semi-transparent transparent
Resistance to light and weather conditions
It describes the durability of the paint in daylight. The amount and degree of the impact factors, such as: the intensity of solar radiation, temperature, humidity, oxygen content or other gases in the air, are also important.

Color index and pigment names
The color index is an international standard system for describing dyes and pigments. The combination of letters and numbers indicates the color category.
For example: PO 20 means Pigment Orange 20. Other names for the color index are for example: PW (Pigment white) / PY (Pigment Yellow) / PO (Pigment Orange) / PR (Pigment Red) / PV (Pigment Violet) / PB (Pigment Blue) / PG (Pigment Green) / PBr (Pigment Brown) / PBk (Pigment Black).
